FlatLine

New in our assortment is the Matco FlatLine, a super low turntable of only 23mm. A development we are very proud of! 

• This FlatLine is available on the completely renewed Matco A-Series, the widely praised A100/ A300 and A600 turntable wrappers. 
• The FlatLine has a turntable diameter of 1650 mm, which allows for the wrapping of Euro and Industrial pallets with a height up to standard 2300 mm and a maximum load of 1200 kg.  
• Our super low turntable of only 23 mm is easy to load with a manual or electric pallet truck.  
• Because the FlatLine does not require a long ramp of 1500 mm, but a short ramp of only 235 mm, you save a lot of space in your warehouse or production facility. 

Besides the single ramp, we also offer a ramp that can be placed 270 ̊ around the FlatLine. This allows the wrapper to be loaded from all sides. The wrapping of pallets has never been easier!

This version with a super low rotating table can be used with the A100, A300 and A600.  So, it is perfectly suited to Euro pallets/EUR/industry/Chep and Block pallets. 

Always flexible and easy to drive on 

Whichever FlatLine version you choose, you will always get a semi-automatic pallet wrapper that is flexible in use. You can simply move it from one place to another when needed, as it is not nailed to the floor. Once it is in position, your staff can drive in with the hand or electric pallet truck.  

Extremely safe 

When your employees wrap pallets in a film with the FlatLine from Matco, they do so extremely safely. This semi-automatic pallet wrapper is equipped as standard with fall protection on the film wrapper and indicators that show when the machine is active.

Good maintenance is a must to minimise downtime in your FlatLine semi-automatic pallet wrapper.  We will visit you by appointment for planned preventive maintenance. Do you need fast service? We have 20 service technicians on the road around the clock, so if you need urgent assistance, there’s always a specialist nearby.  

Guaranteed load security 

With the FlatLine, we can meet load securing requirements. As soon as the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from coming loose from the pallet, for which you as a producer are responsible.
