Request for quotationThen use the Matco traverse carriage. In this case, the traverse carriage is an advantageous option. It usually starts at the end of a roller conveyor or chain conveyor. From there, the load can be transported to various transport follow-up points. For example, a single traverse carriage makes it possible to transport the goods from several production lines set up in parallel to a pallet wrapper set up in line with one of these production lines. A traverse carriage can transport multiple pallets. In addition, the traverse carriage can be used to transport empty pallets to a palletiser or robot.
The Matco traverse carriage is basically a platform on wheels. On this platform, you can place a structure of your choice. The platform can be guided on rails or via guided wheels that run along a profile. Different components can be mounted on the traverse carriage, usually a roller or chain conveyor. Or, for example, a presser that holds a stacked load securely in place while accelerating and slowing down the traverse carriage. This presser is a good example of the customisation that Matco can deliver.
