The most flexible pallet wrapper in our range is one of our robots. You simply drive them to the location where they are needed, and they wrap automatically. Additionally, they are ideally suited for loads with non-standard dimensions. Consider, for example, stacked, horizontal doors. The robot drives around them, and its sensors indicate where the film needs to be wrapped. The machine automatically locates the contours of the product and adjusts its ascent speed accordingly.

This mobile wrapper is wheeled, allowing you to wrap your pallets in film quickly and easily in a variety of locations. The maximum capacity is approximately 30 pallets per hour. On a full battery charge, you can wrap around 150 pallets. As the Robot is equipped with a pre-stretch system, you’ll also save on film. We can also supply this machine with a mechanical film brake.

Our maintenance service comprises 20 service engineers who are constantly on the road carrying out preventative scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. This ensures that your robotic pallet wrapper continues to perform at its best and experiences as little downtime as possible.
The robot enables us to comply with load securing requirements. When the pallet is transported by lorry, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from becoming detached from the pallet – a responsibility that falls to you as the manufacturer.
