Entering pallets from different sides

This fully automatic pallet wrapper with turntable occupies relatively few square metres on the work floor. Yet it is very robust and stable, because it is riveted to the floor. In addition, you can enter and remove pallets from different sides. It doesn’t even have to be straight ahead, it can also be done in 90 or 180 degrees. So you can turn the pallet if you want to have a different orientation. That is why this machine is often placed at an intersection of roller conveyors. Do you want a combination with a lift to get the pallets at the right height for wrapping? Or do you want the roller conveyor at the right height for setting up with an EPT? We can also use the machine to scan, measure height and label. We are happy to offer custom-made solutions for your situation. Our own mechanical and electrical engineers are at your service. Just as our own CE team guarantees safety. We make all calculations and software ourselves, so we are completely independent.

Guaranteed load security

The SLK15 makes it possible to comply with load security. When the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from coming loose from the pallet for which you, as the manufacturer, are responsible. 

Maintenance of your SLK15

The downtime of a pallet wrapper costs money. Especially if your entire production depends on that one machine. Therefore, it is very important to carry out preventive planned maintenance. We will make agreements with you about this at an early stage. We want you to benefit from your investment for as long as possible.

Just like our fully automatic pallet wrappers, their maintenance is also made to measure. You can always count on fast service, because we have no less than 20 service engineers on the road. So, there is always a specialist near you. 

Since we have designed and built the machines ourselves, we can switch very quickly when maintenance is needed. We prefer to have remote access to your system, so that we can carry out predictive maintenance when it suits best.
