In 2007 Ton Stikkers founded the company Stikkers Industriemontage. Ton has gained worldwide project and site management experience with automated product handling and palletising systems. Due to continuous growth of the company, Arjan Groeneveld joined Stikkers in 2012 as co-owner and director responsible for both sales and projects.
Stikkers is an organisation that unburdens and supports companies in a number of areas. Stikkers’ main activity is to carry out industrial installation, (dis)assembly and maintenance jobs, both mechanical and electrical, for her clients. Carried out based on a fixed scope, or based on actual costing. Customers can use Stikkers to boost their flexibility by hiring temporary personnel, so that they can manage peaks within their sales/ operations. Both, mechanically, electrically or mechatronically. Stikkers’ highly flexible attitude and the broad knowledge of her skilled workers enables the company to respond quickly to her clients wishes.
Stikkers carries out inspection and maintenance at its clients by taking care of them by extending the life cycle of machine parks and installations, and at the same time increasing system availability by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance. In addition, the extensive know-how enables Stikkers to further optimise installations or logistics systems. As a result, Stikkers has successfully grown into an industry leader in the Dutch market, with a turnover of about € 10 million in 2021.

Managing Director Ton Stikkers continues to lead Stikkers, together with Arjan Groeneveld. The company will become part of Matco’s business area and will continue to operate under its current brand. In due course and by mutual agreement, Ton Stikkers will retire from day-to-day management to enjoy more well-deserved leisure time.
The acquisition of Stikkers strengthens Matco’s strategic position in supply solutions and servitisation for the tertiary packaging industry, including wrapping machines and the supply of packaging materials to customers in the transport sector, logistics, e-commercecompanies, food- and manufacturing industry.
