Wrapping your products free of dust? In combination with the Borst fully automatic pallet wrappers, we offer the Borst TSD fully automatic top sheet dispenser. Ideal for dust-tight wrapping of pallets. During the transport of the pallet prior to the wrapping process, the top sheet is rolled off and placed on the pallet. This ensures a dust-tight wrapping of the pallet.
The length of the film in front of and behind the pallet can be adjusted by means of the touch screen. Partly due to the fact that the dispenser can be placed just above or beside the roller conveyor and the film lies on 2 rollers without shaft, a quick and easy roll change takes place.
Every Borst TSD top sheet dispenser is standard equipped with a special antistatic device by means of anti-static bars. The main frame consists of robust columns made up of heavy tubular profiles. The sledge is equipped with a double suspension with fall protection.
