Double arm for extra capacity
Thanks to the double arm, the wrapping cycle can be carried out in half the time. It is also possible to have one film carriage with transparent and one film carriage with black film. The production can then wrap in transparent and black film. The information for this is taken from your ERP system, for example.
When the film from one film carriage is exhausted when using a double arm, the machine automatically switches over to a single arm. The production therefore continues, albeit at a lower capacity. This gives the operator a response time. After changing the film roll, the machine continues with a double arm. Our Matco engineers will be happy to develop this in cooperation with you.
10 different wrapping programs possible
This fully automatic pallet wrapper with rotating arm is perfect for products that are not suitable for turning, for example because they are too light or unstable. The ALC33 TWIN is easy to operate with a touch panel, on which ten different wrapping programs can be set. Because of this you are not bound to one type of pallet load.
A weighing unit saves costs
We can place a weighing unit in the transport system of this ALC33 TWIN pallet wrapper if wanted. The exact weight of the load must be known, especially for transport in overseas containers. Thanks to our integrated scale, you no longer need to perform any separate operations. We can connect a display or a printer, but also communicate with a WMS: the choice is yours. Guaranteed load security
The ALC33 TWIN makes it possible to comply with load security. When the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from coming loose from the pallet for which you, as the manufacturer, are responsible.

Just like our fully automatic pallet wrappers, their maintenance is also made to measure. You can always count on fast service, because we have no less than 20 service engineers on the road. So, there is always a specialist near you. Since we have designed and built the machines ourselves, we can switch very quickly when maintenance is needed. We prefer to have remote access to your system, so that we can carry out predictive maintenance when it suits best.
