Factory Acceptance Test for a customer specific built ALC-33 TWD with sealing unit, pallet lifting and centering device.
The sealing unit ensures a perfect finish because the end film tail is fused to the previous layer and therefore does not come off; in this way a rain-tight load is created.
The pallet lifting and centering device ensures perfect load stability (a good connection between the load and the pallet) whereby the pallets are immediately centered to feed the stacker in the most effective way.
A corner set-up has been chosen to create a large number of buffer places and to simplify the handling with the forklift truck as much as possible (less turning movement in the small space, which leads to higher effectiveness).
