In the new distribution centre (DC) in Deventer, ALDI manages the distribution network for frozen goods for all ALDI stores in the Netherlands (more than 500 branches). With more than 125,000 pallets to process annually, an ambient temperature of -22 degrees and a continuous order picking process involving simultaneous handling of two pallets per person, the MATCO ALC33 Freezer Edition with low conveyor system (incl. double infeed) proved to be the ideal solution for ALDI.
