Perfect for fragile and heavy loads 

The A900 is a pallet wrapping machine in which the arm rotates around the pallet, making the machine ideal for stabilising very fragile and extremely heavy loads. The Matco A900 has a maximum capacity of 30 pallets per hour. Of course, it is equipped with indicators that show when the machine is active.  

Powered front rack system and five wrapping programs

This semi-automatic arm wrapper is fitted with a powered front rack system and programmed with five wrapping programmes. This makes the pallet wrapper very suitable for wrapping different types of pallet loads. Whatever products you want to wrap, this machine can do it.

Continuously 20 service technicians on the road 

Our maintenance service ensures that your A900 semi-automatic pallet wrapper continues to perform optimally and has as little downtime as possible. We will visit you by appointment for planned preventive maintenance. No less than 20 service engineers from Matco are constantly on the road for customers. In case of an emergency, there is always a specialist nearby.  

Maintenance module with sensors 

For the maintenance of our semi-automatic pallet wrappers, the sensors of our maintenance module keep track of all kinds of information. For example, the number of pallets per hour and the type of environment (clean, dusty or damp). Based on this information, we know when maintenance is required for which parts. If you wish, we can even use an Ethernet module to send maintenance updates via SMS or e-mail to the employee responsible. This way, you know exactly which component needs maintenance and when, and you can prevent downtime as much as possible. 

Guaranteed load security 

With the A900, we can comply with load securing. When the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from detaching from the pallet, for which you, as the producer, are responsible.
