Heavy and fragile loads are no problem

Because the arm of the A900 CC rotates around the pallet, the machine can easily wrap very fragile and extremely heavy loads. The maximum capacity is 30 pallets per hour. Naturally, it is equipped with indicators that show when the machine is active.  

Cut & Clamp unit for maximum film savings 

The A900 CC is equipped with a powered front rack system and Cut & Clamp unit, the first step towards fully automatic film wrapping. This automatic film attaching system ensures that you use the film as efficiently as possible. At the end of the wrapping session, the film is automatically brushed off to adhere to the previous wrapping. Moreover, the film for the next pallet is already in the unit. Press start and the process will continue automatically. In addition, the forklift truck driver does not need to leave his truck to apply and cut the film. Meanwhile, he can pick up the next pallet for wrapping. So, he does not have to unbuckle his belt and get off the truck all the time. This saves your employee a lot of time and effort. So, you save costs with every wrapping.  

Five wrapping programmes

This semi-automatic arm wrapping machine is ideally suited for wrapping different types of pallet loads. Whatever products you want to wrap, this machine can do it. You can set up five wrapping programmes. With a separate start button for each wrapping programme allowing your employees to choose the wrapping programme with the push of a button.
