You want to wrap different types of pallets? The A700 flexible semi-automatic pallet wrapper is equipped with a driven pre-stretch system for extra efficiency and cost savings. This wrapper turns once piece of film of 1 metre into 4 metres. Because the film is first stretched, it wraps better around the pallet. Thanks to the cut & clamp unit, Matco’s A700 AW also saves a lot of time and effort when wrapping pallets. And now it is even easier to switch between light, medium and heavy loads: with the 5 pre-programmed wrapping programmes, you can quickly choose the best wrapping per type of pallet load. Flexible use

5 pre-programmed wrapping programmes

With Matco’s A700 AW, you benefit from 5 pre-programmed wrapping programmes. At the touch of a button, the operator simply selects the right wrapping programme. A remote control is also available for the programs. Different products or load sizes can be custom wrapped, making packaging more efficient than ever before.

Cut & clamp unit saves costs and time

The main advantage of the A700 AW is its cut & clamp unit. This automatic film attachment system ensures that the film is cut off at the end of the wrapping session and that the film is already ready for the next pallet. Press start and the process continues automatically. In addition, the forklift truck driver does not have to leave their truck to apply and cut the film. In the meantime, they can already pick up the next pallet for wrapping. This means that they do not have to loosen their belt and get out of the truck. This saves your employee a lot of time and effort. In this way, you save costs with every wrapping. 

Safety for your employees

Wrapping pallets in film is extremely safe with the A700 AW from Matco. We have equipped this semi-automatic pallet wrapper with a safety fence, a fall protection on the film carriage and indicators that indicate when the machine is active.

Maintenance module with sensors

For the maintenance of our semi-automatic pallet wrappers, the sensors of our maintenance module keep track of all kinds of information. Think of pallet weight, for example, because the bearings under the turntable wear harder when heavy pallets are turned on them. The number of pallets per hour and the type of environment (clean, dusty or humid) is also important. Based on this, we know when maintenance is needed for which parts. If you wish, we can even use an Ethernet module to send maintenance updates via SMS or e-mail to the responsible employee. This way, you know exactly which part needs maintenance and when, and you can prevent downtime as much as possible. 

Guaranteed load security

The A700 AW makes it possible to comply with load security. When the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from coming loose from the pallet for which you, as the manufacturer, are responsible.

A weighing unit saves costs

We can place a weighing unit on this A700 AW turntable machine if wanted. Especially for transport in containers overseas, the exact weight of the load must be known. Thanks to our integrated scale, you no longer need to perform a separate operation. We can connect a display or a printer: the choice is yours. In addition, you can also scan labels, measure heights and label them with this machine. We are happy to provide you with optimum efficiency and cost savings.
