You want to wrap different types of pallets? The B700 AW is the first step towards fully automatic wrapping. This flexible semi-automatic pallet wrapper is equipped with a driven pre-stretch system for extra efficiency and cost savings. From 1 metre of film, this wrapper makes 4 metres. Because the film is first stretched, it closes better around the pallet. Thanks to the cut & clamp unit, the B700 AW also saves you a lot of time and effort when wrapping your pallets. In addition, it is easier to switch between light, medium and heavy loads with the 4 pre-programmed wrapping programmes. You can quickly choose the best wrapping per type of pallet load. Choose for flexibility, safety, load security and top quality!

Flexible use

Do you want a semi-automatic pallet wrapper that can be used flexibly? Then the B700 AW is exactly what you are looking for. Simply move it to a different location if needed. Since it is not riveted to the floor, it is a piece of cake to move the pallet wrapper.

4 programmable wrapping programs

With the B700 AW, you benefit from 4 wrapping programs of your choice. At the touch of a button, the operator can select the right wrapping program. A drawstring or remote control is also available for the programmes. Different products or load sizes get a custom wrapping, making you wrap more efficiently than ever before.

Cut & clamp unit saves costs and time

The main advantage of the B700 AW is its cut & clamp unit. This automatic film attachment system ensures that the film is automatically applied to the load and that the film is cut off at the end of the wrapping cycle, with the film end being brushed against the previous wraps. The film is automatically re-inserted into the film clamp, so that the wrapper is ready for the next pallet. Press start and the process continues automatically. In addition, the forklift truck driver does not have to leave their truck to apply and cut the film. In the meantime, they can already pick up the next pallet for wrapping. This means that they do not have to loosen their belt and get out of the truck. This saves your employees a lot of time and effort. In this way, you save costs with every wrapping.

Safety for your employees

Wrapping pallets in film is extremely safe with the B700 AW. We have equipped this semi-automatic pallet wrapper with indicators that indicate that the machine is active. In addition, the machine is equipped with a double chain-driven suspension.

Continuously 20 service engineers on the road

Proper maintenance is essential for your B700 AW semi-automatic pallet wrapper. After all, you want to minimise downtime and benefit from your investment for as long as possible. We will help you with that. For example, when purchasing, we make agreements about preventive planned maintenance. And, of course, our maintenance service is available when fast service is required. The 20 Matco service engineers are constantly on the road. In case of an emergency, you will be helped quickly.

Guaranteed load security

With the B700 AW, we can comply with load security according to the new EUMOS standard 40509. When the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the well stabilised pallet. This prevents the load from coming loose from the pallet for which you, as the manufacturer, are responsible.

Minimise downtime

Maintenance contract
