Are you looking for a flexible fully automatic wrapper? Then the Matco SLK LOW with a height of 90mm is exactly what you are looking for. The standard maximum load capacity is 750 kg (optionally adjustable) and with its 12 rpm this machine can wrap up to 35 pallets per hour. Thanks to our in-house engineering department, the wrapper, including the transport system, can be configured entirely to your wishes. In this way you can choose the optimal return on your investment.

This fully automatic pallet wrapper with turntable is perfectly suitable for a wide range of products. The SLK LOW is easy to operate by means of a touch panel, on which ten different wrapping programmes can be set. This means that you are not tied to one type of pallet load and therefore very flexible.

Entering pallets from different sides

This fully automatic pallet wrapping machine with turntable has many advantages. For example, it takes up relatively little space on the work floor, yet it is very robust and stable, because it is riveted to the floor. In addition, you can enter and remove pallets from different sides. It doesn’t even have to be straight ahead, it can also be done in 90 or 180 degrees. So, you can turn the pallet if you want to have a different orientation. That is why this machine is often placed at an intersection of roller conveyors. Guaranteed load security

Also the SLK LOW makes it possible to comply with load security. When the pallet is transported by truck, the load is secured to the pallet. This prevents the load from coming loose from the pallet for which you, as the manufacturer, are responsible. 

Maintenance of your SLK LOW

The downtime of a pallet wrapper costs money. Especially if your entire production depends on that one machine. Therefore, it is very important to carry out preventive planned maintenance. We will make agreements with you about this at an early stage. We want you to benefit from your investment for as long as possible.

Just like our fully automatic pallet wrappers, their maintenance is also made to measure. You can always count on fast service, because we have no less than 20 service engineers on the road. So there is always a specialist available with a short response time. Since we have designed and built the machines ourselves, we can switch very quickly when maintenance is needed.
